Don't attempt to fill in an age younger than 18, or else your access will be denied permanently, so calm down and make sure you fill in the right details.

• "Are you single? If YES, please state how long you have been single for. If NO, please describe your current relationship situation.".
• "On the show, if you are interested in a person who is already coupled up, what will you do? What if that means breaking up a couple that includes your closest friend on the show?".
• "Do you have any tattoos? If so, how many and where are they located? Do the tattoos include any brand logos, brand names or slogans, or any designs? Please explain.".

You will also be asked for personal details, including your name, address, weight, height, etc. In addition, you will be asked to upload photos of yourself from the past year and tick boxes confirming your eligibility status and agreement to the privacy policy.
