About the Show Set in 1930s New York City, ANNIE follows a spirited young orphan on her journey to find the family she’s never known. Featuring timeless songs like “Tomorrow” and “It’s the Hard Knock Life,” this iconic musical promises heart, laughter, and holiday cheer for the whole community. Additional info: What to Prepare: Vocal Audition: A 1-minute musical theatre song from ANNIE that showcases your voice. (Bring your own recorded accompaniment; speaker provided) Dance Audition: A short movement/dance combination. (Wear comfortable clothing) Acting Audition: Cold readings from the script. Preliminary Rehearsal Schedule Rehearsals begin the week of Sunday, September 21, 2025. Weekly Rehearsal Times: Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Wednesdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturdays: 9:45 AM – 1:30 PM Sundays: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM Notes: The first two weeks will focus on vocals and dance. Blocking rehearsals begin Saturday, October 11, 2025. This schedule continues through to Tech Week, starting two weeks before opening night.
