Auditions for “Nunsense” and “The Rocky Horror Show” musicals. Looking for actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the breakdown below. About the project: "Nunsense": In this madcap musical, nuns stage a zany variety show to fund funerals after a cooking mishap. Packed with laughs, dance, and song, Nunsense is a global comedy favorite that’s guaranteed to lift your spirits! "The Rocky Horror Show": Caught in a storm, a young couple seeks help at Dr. Frank ’N’ Furter’s castle, leading to wild misadventures. With rock ‘n’ roll, humor, and bold experimentation, The Rocky Horror Show explores love, identity, and lust. *Adult language and Themes - Must be 18+ to participate. Additional info: - Contemporary or contemporary/comedic monologue: 60 seconds max. (memorized or read). - Sing 16 to 24 bars of a Pop, Rock, Contemporary Broadway, or Classic Broadway song: 60 seconds max. -Have an additional 16-24 bars of a different song to sing, if asked. - Please bring legible sheet music in your key. You are required to sing with live accompaniment. No A CAPELLA singing or recorded tracks; an accompanist will be provided. - Come dressed (or prepared to change quickly) for a dance audition. - PLEASE COME to your appointment EARLY.
