"All Shook Up" Musical Looking for Actors

About the project: It’s 1955, and into a square little town rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and everyone he meets in this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy that’ll have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.” Content advisory: Fake guns, loud noises, strobe lights and profanity. Additional info: No experience necessary. Auditions will include a prepared 32-bar musical selection (please bring a music track cut or sheet music of one minute or less), basic dance (wear comfortable clothing and shoes), and cold readings from the script. Playhouse strongly encourages and welcomes performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, shapes, sizes, and actors with varying abilities.
