Only those ready to fully embrace this results-oriented culture should apply. What you will do: Review and edit videos for content, style, and voice. Create new videos to address student needs during the admissions process. Oversee a team of 2-4 content creators, including training and mentoring. Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for our students and improving the overall operations and impact as a company. Directors would love to hear From You if You Have: Minimum 5+ years managing video content teams (remote or freelance). Minimum availability of 25 hours per week. Proven experience managing short-form video production and editing processes. Deep familiarity with social media algorithms, analytics, and content trends.
