Content Creator Job for TikTok and IG Reels

In this hybrid, part-time role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content—especially short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels—that showcases the energy, talent, and community spirit the players and programs. More details are below. Rate: $19–$25/hour. Hours: Part-Time 20-24 hours/week, flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Additional information: Job Posting: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator (Hybrid). Location: Hybrid (On-Site at Youth Soccer Events in Kitchener and in the soccer club office). Key Responsibilities: Film and edit dynamic, on-brand short videos at practices, games, and events. Create compelling content tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Collaborate with the Engagement Manager, staff and coaches to plan content that aligns with club goals. Manage a posting calendar and track engagement metrics. Assist with other social media platforms as needed. What they’re looking For: Strong skills in video editing and storytelling for social media. Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and formats. Experience filming sports or youth activities is a plus. A self-starter with great time management and communication skills. Comfortable attending in-person events and interacting with kids, parents, and coaches. Must have access to a smartphone or camera capable of high-quality video and editing tools.
