Additional information: The position of Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative solutions in media partnerships, sponsorship and integration campaigns across linear and digital channels. This position involves developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business to identify and provide strategic recommendations. Identifying the right media partners for our clients’ briefs, developing unique and creative media concepts, pitching strategic ideas to clients, proving effectiveness, and providing analysis and recommendations for future partnerships. This position provides day-to-day management of all aspects related to media partnerships across a number of platforms including broadcast, digital and audio. Key Responsibilities: Interpret client briefs; identify strategic media partners and lead brief distribution Challenge media partner responses, providing creative solutions to ensure key performance indicators are achieved Lead presentation of concepts to clients Based on feedback and direction from clients, fully develop individual concepts to execution-ready status, including creative considerations, budgets, and related media support Manage work plans, client expectations, partner relationships, measurement, and reporting tools to ensure flawless execution. Manage creative production process with media partners Leverage media partner and internal resources to deliver complete and effective reporting to clients Build relationships with client(s) and media partners to identify new opportunities Act as the first point of contact on day-to-day queries, questions and campaign progress Stay up to date with the latest developments in the media content space including new formats, platforms, measurement, etc. Requirements: Strategic and creative thinker Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with impact and effectiveness across all levels of an organization and with external audiences. An expert with PowerPoint—able to build creative and visually impactful slides that creatively and coherently articulate creative media ideas, rooted in strategic insights. Basic sales and business development skills. Ability to navigate client relationships Manages difficult conversations and negotiates on clients’ behalf Articulate and skilled at effectively communicating information and ideas in written and verbal format to senior level contacts and stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal skills, and relationship management skills Impeccable attention to detail Team player and client service oriented Energetic and results-oriented individual with drive to get things done Contribute to foster a culture of inclusivity within the team and the agency Contribute to foster a team culture which is creative, and results-driven with a focus on execution excellence 2 years in media partnership/sponsorship space with experience developing and packaging services to reflect evolving client needs and revenue targets Thorough understanding of media landscape, key trends Significant experience operating successfully, in a complex multi-stakeholder environment A combination of Agency/Media Partner experience would be considered an asset French language competency considered an asset.
