You'll be the creative force behind the advertising campaigns, combining compelling copy-writing with eye-catching visual design to create ads that convert. More details are below. You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate our brand voice into thumb-stopping ads that drive results across multiple paid media channels. Creating high-converting ad creatives, including static images, video ads, and carousel formats for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads Writing punchy, persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives action within character limits Designing visually stunning graphics and layouts using Canva that align with our brand guidelines Editing and producing engaging video content using CapCut for social media advertising Developing creative concepts that effectively communicate our value propositions to different audience segments A/B testing different creative approaches to optimize performance and identify winning concepts Staying current with platform-specific best practices and creative trends across paid media channels Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences Rapidly iterating on creative assets based on performance data and feedback Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Analyzing creative performance metrics to inform future creative decisions and strategies. Who You Are: You have proven experience creating high-performing ads for paid media campaigns, preferably in fintech or financial services; You're a master of Canva, able to create professional-quality designs quickly and efficiently; You're proficient in CapCut and can produce engaging video content that performs well on social platforms; You have excellent copywriting skills and can craft compelling ad copy that converts; You understand the nuances of different social media platforms and can adapt creative accordingly; You're data-driven and can analyze creative performance to optimize future campaigns; You have a keen eye for design trends and understand what makes content shareable and engaging; You can work fast without sacrificing quality, thriving in a rapid-iteration environment; You're comfortable with A/B testing and using performance data to guide creative decisions; You have experience with various ad formats including static images, video, carousel, and stories.
