Talent Needed for "Ride The Cyclone" Show
The company is holding auditions for "Ride The Cyclone" show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Please prepare 16-32 bars. (You may be asked to sing a contrasting 16 bars). You may bring sheet music for the accompanist or a backing track (without vocals). A bluetooth speaker will be provided. (Actors auditioning ONLY for the role of Karnak do not need to prepare an audition song) Please prepare a monologue (1 min or less) from the selection provided, for the character for which you are most interested in. Please apply if interested.

Adult. The interactive narrator. Karnak is an advanced precognition machine whose proclivity towards predicting the deaths of carnival guests caused his owners to set him permanently in Family Fun Mode. This had dire consequences. Played from a small booth, seated for the entire show). Catchphrase: “Your lucky number is seven. You will soar to great heights. Be sure to ride the cyclone.” (Spoken, non-singing)
A giant rat who plays the bass. (Will also double as a pit singer).
Will sing offstage. May double as understudies. (all vocal parts/styles considered)
