Theater Audition for "Murdered to Death" Play
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking performers for production of "Murdered to Death". See the details below. About the play: Set in a 1930s English country manor, the play introduces a cast of delightfully eccentric characters, including a bumbling inspector, a snooty aristocrat, a mysterious femme fatale, and a butler who’s perhaps too proper. When a murder is discovered, everyone becomes a suspect in a case brimming with twists, turns, and hilariously disastrous detective work. The play introduces the inept and bungling Inspector Pratt, who battles against the odds and his own incompetence to solve the murder. It soon becomes clear that the murderer isn’t finished yet; will the miscreant be unmasked before everyone else has met their doom? This hilarious whodunit combines classic murder mystery tropes with sidesplitting comedy. If you like witty comedy and laugh-out-loud characters then prepare for a night of laughter, intrigue, and surprises in this clever spoof of the Agatha Christie genre. Additional information: Location: Chilliwack. Performance dates: November 20-23, 27-30. Rehearsals begin September 8th: Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays. If you're interested, please apply.
