Lead. A woman in her twenties with an immigrant background, juggling the demands of supporting her parents while trying to stay afloat. She works hard, but the recent wave of mass layoffs in the animation industry—driven by the rise of AI—threatens her stability. One night, at the closing hour of the bar where she works, she meets a mysterious old man—and her story begins.
Lead. A man in his fifties, though his worn expression suggests he’s lived far longer. There’s something unsettling about him—almost non-human. In one night, he sits alone at a bar, watching, waiting. His amusement comes from subtle manipulations, pulling strings to see how people react. He’s seen a lot, maybe too much, and now finds entertainment in controlling others.
Supporting. A young woman in her twenties, worn down by the exhausting search for work. She tries to stay positive, putting on a cheerful front despite the frustration bubbling underneath.
