We are an indie micro-crew looking for a couple of passionate actors interested in expressive, layered performances and deep character work. The film will explore non-linear time, memory loops, and emotional duality, told through minimal but impactful dialogue and recurring imagery. Ideal for actors who enjoy philosophical sci-fi, ambiguous characters, and symbolic narratives.

Jimmy is a wiry, restless teenager with sharp eyes and a chipped edge to his presence. He masks his uncertainty with sarcasm and posturing, but beneath the surface is a volatile mix of anger, confusion, and vulnerability. Drawn into a surreal time loop with an old man in a dried-up arroyo, Jimmy’s journey mirrors a descent into, and confrontation with, the repetition of trauma and memory. Must be comfortable with minimal skateboarding.
The old man is quiet, emotionally complex character who appears to know more than he lets on. He seems stuck in time - replaying an encounter that has haunted him for years. He carries guilt, loss, and a desire to make things right, even if it's too late. Looking for an actor who can portray regret, restraint, and internal conflict. Much of performance rely on subtle expression and non-verbal communication.
