About the project: Synopsis: "I Never Saw Another Butterfly" is a play based on the true stories of children imprisoned in the Terezin concentration camp during the Holocaust, focusing on the perspective of a young girl named Raja who narrates her experiences, highlighting how the children used art and imagination, particularly the symbol of a butterfly, to maintain hope and a sense of normalcy amidst the horrific conditions of the camp, even though they never saw a real butterfly within the barbed wire fences; the play explores themes of resilience, creativity, and the power of childhood innocence in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
