Dancers Needed For New Show "Brigadoon"

Singers, dancers, and performers wanted for the "Brigadoon" show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Kindly prepare a 32-bar excerpt (approximately 1 minute) from a melody reminiscent of the enchanting style of Brigadoon. You may draw inspiration from timeless musicals such as Oklahoma, Camelot, My Fair Lady, The Secret Garden, Carousel, and others. As an accompanist will not be present, ensure your accompaniment track is saved to your phone or device for your audition. A speaker will be provided for playback. Please refrain from performing a cappella. **For those auditioning for the roles of Fiona, Meg, Tommy, or Charlie, be prepared to sing a selection from the show in addition to your chosen vocal piece. See the attachment. Acting Audition: No prior preparations are required for the acting audition. Should you wish to vie for a speaking role, directors may invite you to read aside for the character that piques your interest. Memorization is not necessary. Actors are encouraged to embrace a Scottish accent when auditioning for characters hailing from Scotland. Dance Audition: Those aspiring to grace the stage with a prominent dancing role, or desiring to embody a character who dances, are required to partake in a dance audition. However, if you are certain that you do not wish to dance in the production, then the audition shall not be essential. (A link to the dance auditions will appear here when available.
