Seeking Female Performer for "Dissolve" Play

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are currently in need of female performer for production of "Dissolve". More details are below. About the play: Dissolve is a critically-acclaimed one-woman show by Meghan Gardiner that confronts the topic of drink spiking and drug-facilitated sexual assault. Dissolve follows a young college woman on a night out, moving back and forth from bedroom to bar scenes, morphing between a flurry of 16 characters, both comedic and compelling. Designed to provoke thought and dialogue about sexual consent, Dissolve challenges us to change our thinking and behaviour surrounding alcohol, drugs and sexual assault. Each performance is followed by a talk back with local experts. Rate: Canadian Actors' Equity or Equivalent. DOT contract or $850/wk + $62.50 per diem each night out of town (accommodations provided for tour). Additional information: Shoot/Performance Date(s) rehearsals - March 10-27, 2025. Performances/tour March 28-April 17, 2025. Shoot/Performance Location(s) Rehearsals in Vancouver. The show will tour March 28- April 17, 2025 to communities throughout BC for approximately 13 shows.
