The company is holding auditions for "Carousel" Musical Show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Please prepare a self-tape performing a 16-32 bar (60-90 second) cut of a song from a Golden Age musical or similar style. You may sing from the show if you'd like. Soprano soloist (range: D4 to G5),Bright, energetic, and playful young woman. Julie's best friend, engaged to Enoch Snow. Strong solo soprano vocals and comedic energy. Possible dance feature depending on performer ability.
Tenor soloist (range: B2 to A4) A kindhearted fisherman with big, big dreams. A little awkward, but endearing. Engaged to Carrie Pipperidge. Strong solo tenor vocals and comedic energy.
Soprano soloist (range: C4 to G5) The de facto community leader. Bold, confident, and caring. Strong solo soprano vocals and stage presence.
Baritone soloist (range: C3 to D4) A true ne’er-do-well with a boyish charm. Constantly plotting and scheming for his own gain and enjoyment. Solo baritone vocals, possible dance feature depending on performer ability.
Speaking role, Owner of the titular carousel, a widowed woman who employs Billy. Comes off as brash and harsh, hiding a deep vulnerability and loneliness.

Speaking role. Persnickety owner of the local textile mill where Julie and Carrie work. Upper class and generally stuck-up.
