About the project: Prepare for an evening of mystery and outright hilarity with Clue: On Stage, the uproarious play by Sandy Rustin, based on Jonathan Lynn’s iconic 1985 screenplay and inspired by the classic board game from Hasbro. This whodunit invites you to join six eccentric guests at a remote mansion, where murder and mayhem are on the menu. As bodies start piling up, everyone becomes a suspect and a detective as the group tries to piece together the clues and uncover the culprit. With its rapid-fire dialogue, clever plot twists, and side-splitting humor, Clue promises a thrilling and entertaining theatrical experience. Step into the world of Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mrs. Peacock, Mr. Green, Col. Mustard, Mrs. White, and Wadsworth the butler as they navigate secret passages, double-crosses, and red herrings. Sandy Rustin’s adaptation captures the spirit of the original film while adding fresh, comedic touches that will keep you laughing from start to finish.
