About the project: Winner of the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for drama, Rabbit Hole is a bittersweet play about finding hope in the midst of deep tragedy. It is an emotional journey of a family and how they cope with loss. The writing has lots of humor and sensitivity while dealing with sadness. Grieving mother of a 4 yr. old, Danny. Tough and uncompromising with a sense of humor.
Becca’s husband -tries to pretend everything is fine. Hides his grief from Becca, which distances him from her.
Becca’s sister – rebellious, uncensored. Seems irresponsible, but really just direct and down to earth. Can be a bit punk in the way she dresses.
Mid 60s – mother of Becca and Izzy – Opinionated, but supportive of Becca. Still grieves the death of her own son. Speaks her mind.
