Theater Casting Call for "The Canyon" Play

About the project: Two brothers drop out to fight for the planet through music and end up in the grips of a would-be Zen master in a remote desert canyon. Rate: Non-Union. $50 for the event. Additional information: SHOOT/PERFORMANCE DATE(S) 4/18. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE LOCATION(S) UBC, Vancouver, BC. This is not a live performance but simply a read-through of a work-in-progress. Directors will read through the play twice. Themes: climate change, meditation, arts-based with activism. SUBMISSION DEADLINE April 17, 2024.
