Theatre Audition for 2024 Improv Show

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Theatre is holding auditions for 2024 Improv Programming. Looking for performers. Please, see the details below. About the project: "King of the Hill" is a short form improv show where improvisers compete to do the best scenes possible in a round robin competition. The audience votes who they think is funniest and is crowned the winner. Rate: This show is not paid, but being part of the ensemble does offer paid workshop and corporate performance opportunities. Additional information: Shows are every Wednesday night at 8pm, rehearsals are Monday nights 6-8pm. Ensemble are expected to attend rehearsals prior to their scheduled show. Ensemble members are scheduled for shows based on availability. Deadline to apply: April 3rd. Audition Format: Improv Ensemble. Improvisers will audition in a group workshop setting and will feel much like an improv workshop. Auditions will be conducted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Directors encourage submissions from individuals of all gender identities, cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and abilities.
