Teen and children performers are required for the theatre audition of "Sweeney Todd." Please refer to the details provided below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: 1. "A Chorus Line" Show Dates – August 15 – September 1, 2024; First Rehearsal – June 17th, 2024 (Monday – Friday, some Saturdays); Tech Rehearsals – August 10 – August 15, 2024. 2. "Sweeney Todd" Show Dates – November 7 – November 24. 2024; First Rehearsal – Fall 2024 (Monday – Friday, some Saturdays); Tech Rehearsals – October 24 – November 6, 2024. 3. "Wild Party" Show Dates – January 30 – February 8, 2025; First Rehearsal – November 2024; Tech Rehearsals – January 25 – 29, 2025. Additional info: Callbacks: A Chorus Line – March 30, 2024 – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm; Sweeney Todd – March 31, 2024 – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. *The Wild Party callbacks will happen at a later date. All in-person auditionees should arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to his/her scheduled audition block to ensure a smooth schedule. All actors must be available for all production dates. Actors are strongly encouraged to provide a completed audition form and headshot photo in advance. Audition Prep: Please prepare two 16 – 32 bars contrasting pieces from a Broadway musical.
