Rhinebeck, NY, United States
ID: 256595Exp: 4/7/2024
Description:

Auditions for "Guys and Dolls" show. Looking for cast. Please see more info below. About the project: "Winning a bevy of awards, including Tony Awards, Drama Desks and Oliviers, GUYS AND DOLLS is considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy. Winning a bevy of awards, including Tony Awards, Drama Desks and Oliviers It is set in the colorful world of Damon Runyon’s mythical 1950s New York City with its underground dice-slinging rogues, glitzy “showgirls,” and high-stakes romances. The show features a variety of iconic ensemble and principal roles with opportunities for high-energy song and dance and flashy characterizations. The story centers on career gambler Sky Masterson who makes the bet of a lifetime to win the heart of “Save-A-Soul” missionary Sarah Brown. While long-suffering nightclub star Adelaide laments foot-dragging beau Nathan Detroit’s 14-year failure to tie the knot. Big, brassy, and timelessly exuberant, Guys and Dolls resonates with beloved show tunes like Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ The Boat, If I Were A Bell, Luck Be A Lady, and old-fashioned Broadway fun."
