About the project: Now casting for next feature film, “Static in the Pines” a gritty, atmospheric found footage horror film set in the Carolinas, blending analog vibes, paranormal tension, and heavy mood. Rate: This is a micro-budget indie feature. IMDb credit. Deferred daily rate. Percentage of film earnings from streaming and theatrical releases. Meals provided every shoot day (and no, it’s not just pizza). Additional info: Filming in ROCK HILL SC AND CHARLOTTE NC. Must be comfortable with: Standing or moving slowly for extended takes. Working in low light / horror atmosphere. Minimal to no dialogue, heavy physical/visual performance. Local hire only. SHOOT DETAILS Filming begins: December 2025 (select days). Break: late December. Resumes: January & February 2026 (weekends and select weekdays). Some night shoots & outdoor locations required.
