Rate: (All rates +10% only IF Represented) $650.00/12 Session Fee $3000.00 Buyout (*payable ONLY if seen in final edit) Fitting Fee $75.00 TERM: Two-year term (Jan 2026-Jan 2028) Additional info: Shoot Location: To be announced Dates needed: Will likely only work 1 or 2 dates during this timeframe but MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY on ALL (3) DATES to insure you can be there in the event of schedule changes, etc. - Directors do NOT have exact Call/Wrap times, so you should have FULL day available to allow for whatever the Call Time ends up being. NON-UNION USAGE: Digital Media: All internet and digital media uses (including electronic/mobile media, paid or organic, Deloitte’s branded channels, websites/social, online advertising, third-party sites, pre-roll, display, and banner ads). Non-Broadcast Media: All non-broadcast/industrial media uses, including trade shows, conventions, in-cinema, corporate videos, digital billboards, events, public displays, and internal/archival/awards/reel (in perpetuity). Television Media: All TV media (broadcast, syndicated, cable, streaming/OTT, satellite, on-demand). Media: Collectively Digital, Non-Broadcast, and Television Media. Materials may be used in all Media for the entire Initial Term. If the Option Term is exercised, use continues in all Media for its duration. During and after the Term, Agency and Client may use Materials for archival/historical, publicity (case studies, portfolio, trade publications, websites, awards), and internal purposes. Materials posted during the Term may remain on social media historical feeds.
