About the play: Constance Ledbelly. a scatterbrained academic, falls down a rabbit hole when she deciphers an ancient manuscript she believes to be the original source of Othello, and of Romeo and Juliet. Before she knows it, she wanders into the plays themselves. Constance visits Juliet and Desdemona, helps save their lives, and finds out exactly what makes these women tick...and maybe herself too! With an abundance of twist, fights. dances, seductions and wild surprises, the play is an absolute joy of theatricality. Additional information: Sunday December 7th 4:00 to 8:00pm callbacks and readings. All actors will have multiple roles. Shows run in Qualicum Beach. July 16th August 2nd, 2026.
