We are now casting multiple roles for The Jury Experience - Minneapolis. SYNOPSIS: Anthony Hulmer, the CEO of a leading Robotaxi company, faces manslaughter charges after one of his taxis swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and killed cyclist Alex Rivers in the process. Was the AI technology brought to market by Anthony Hulmer prepared to make life and death decisions at the time of its release, or were critical procedures neglected in order to grab market shares? Does he deserve 10 years in prison? Did the vehicle cause a homicide or prevent a higher number of deaths? The Jury will decide. SHOW DATES Performances will take place in Minneapolis at the Granada Theatre. You must be available for all scheduled dates listed below. Additional dates are possible depending on local interest. The show will rehearse locally 2-3 weeks before the first performance. Friday, 12/12/25; Saturday, 1/3/26; Friday, 2/13/26; Friday, 4/17/26 PAYMENT $16/hr of rehearsal, $325/day of performance

An equally capable adversary whose job is to defend Anthony Hulmer’s character and convince the Jury that while Alex’s death was tragic, the Robotaxi exhibited better decision-making than any human would have under the circumstances, and saved lives in the process. Must walk the complicated line of acknowledging the tragedy while also defending the contributions Anthony Hulmer’s genius is making to society.
The Jury’s trusted companion as they guide the trial and voting systems. They are cautious in dealing with this puzzling and unprecedented paradigm as the weight of setting the right legal precedent lies on their shoulders.
A passionate technologist called as an expert and defendant in the trial. Though cold and disconnected, he truly believes in his work and its positive impact on the future.
This actor will cover the defendant and prosecutor tracks; understudies receive the same rehearsal rate as principals and will receive a $50 flat rate for being on-call for performance dates.
