About the project: When a group of nervous employees learns their terrifying boss is retiring, they scramble to find the perfect gift — and stumble upon a website that lets them create art out of nothing. Their bold idea could either get them fired… or make their boss’ day. A quick, comedic shoot with expressive roles, great group energy, and playful dialogue. Rate: Unpaid. Non-Union. Commanding, intimidating, yet charismatic. The kind of person whose footsteps make the whole office fall silent. Beneath the tough exterior, there’s a human side that surprises everyone in the end. Must have strong presence and great comedic timing.
The “planner” of the group — nervous but determined to make something happen. Often the voice of reason, though slightly dramatic under pressure. Expressive and good with subtle comedic reactions.
The anxious one — always expecting disaster. Easily flustered, but delivers some of the funniest lines. Great for someone with sharp comedic delivery and physical humor.
The creative spark — full of wild ideas and enthusiasm. A little chaotic, a little naive, but brings the energy that saves the day. Fun, energetic role with lots of personality.
