Lead. Maria is a woman desperate to maintain the appearance of composure while unraveling internally. Carrying the weight of an unbearable secret, she projects warmth and sincerity, yet this only masks the guilt and fear beneath. Over time, her self-deception convinces her that her presence in this family is healing and that her moral corruption has faded—until her partner’s daughter sparks paranoia of exposing her facade.
Supporting. Andrea is the quiet but strong voice in the room, balancing the loud personality of her boyfriend and his siblings. Her quietness isn’t passive — she is patient and grounded. Keenly observant, Andrea notices subtle expressions and reactions others miss, making her the first to sense that Maria is hiding more than she admits.
