Seeking Male VO for 30s Spot - Window Replacement

We're looking for a male voice over actor in the vein of Home Depot's "Where doers get more done". We are a window replacement company looking to run localized ads on social media. Talent must be comfortable recording live on their own and are to be directed over teams or zoom. Raw, un-processed files must be sent within 12 hours of completed session. Fee to include a complete buyout in perpetuity.
