Production of "Aergia: Goddess of Sloth and Night School Prof" is looking for cast. More details are below. About the project: Logline: After her third conviction, Aergia, goddess of sloth, is banned from the underworld and sentenced to teach night school to a room full of out-of-work 20-somethings, with Zeus’ voice in her ear. In Aergia, the characters are not literal portrayals of historical or cultural figures. Instead, they adopt iconic names with millennial-style irony, sometimes swapping genders or exaggerating identities, all in playful contrast to Aergia’s single, unadorned name. This device adds humour and satire while deepening the allegory, highlighting how identity and meaning can be reshaped through performance. Rate: Unpaid. Non-Union. Snacks, lunch and drinks provided.
