About the project: In Nordic times, Ivar, chieftain of the clan, dies in battle, and his daughter Hjarta is denied heirship in favor of her younger brother, Haakon, a rude and reckless leader. Branded unfit to rule, Hjarta sees her chance when a wounded Valkyrie warns of Valhalla's Gate being seized by the monstrous Drengslok. In the horrific battle that follows, Hjarta defeats the beast not with brute force but with strategy. Humbled, Haakon yields the crown to her.
