About the project: This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve. Additional info: Please bring an actor resume and headshot to be submitted to the production crew. All those auditioning should prepare 2 monologues under one minute in length as well as participate in some improvisational exercises with props (for the Foley Artist role). Dramatic or comedic in genre is at the actor’s discretion. All actors are encouraged to audition. Please be advised in order to enter the Theatre during auditions all individuals over 18 must provide a license or ID. For all individuals entering the building bags will be checked by security. Callbacks Wednesday, September 24th at 6:00 pm. Please note: If callbacks are held for this production, actors MUST be present at callbacks in order to be considered for casting. Rehearsals: Monday/Wednesday evenings 6-9 pm and Sunday afternoons 2-5 pm beginning October 6th, 2025. Tech Rehearsals: Sunday, November 30th – Friday, December 5th, 2025. Performance dates include: December 6, 2025 @ 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM December 7, 2025 @ 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM Attendance is required for all tech week dates and performance dates set forth.
