Paid Film "The Masterpiece" Seeks Cast
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ADMITTED. Seeking cast for production of "The Masterpiece". More details are below. About the project: The project is about a youth copying a Mona Lisa painting to impress his parents, only to reproduce a less than impressive piece, leaving the parents baffled. Rate: Compensation is between $150-$200 per actor. Additional information: Filming for one day (AUGUST 15TH 2025) this week, in Clarington. It’s a one location shoot with approximately six shots and no lines or no speaking roles for the actors. Personality/Look: Charming, relatable, comedic potential, not too “model-esque”—someone audiences believe genuinely works from home. Performance Style: Strong silent comedy skills—can deadpan seriously for work, then instantly switch to playful or mischievous. Must nail subtle reactions (smirks, “finger guns,” etc.).
Personality/Look: Expressive, good at non-verbal comedy (eye rolls, double-takes, approving nods). Must play off husband’s antics naturally.
