Emily is a warm, thoughtful, and idealistic lawyer who works for a non-profit. A small-town girl who was mostly raised and supported by her sister, RACHEL, with whom she is closest, and has a very supportive boyfriend, TYLER, who surprises her with a proposal at a Halloween party. Stunt or Fight Choreography training or experience for this role is a plus.

Rachel is a pragmatic, emotionally strong, and not-so-easily shaken nurse in the ER and ICU. She is accustomed to stress and danger. After her mother passed, Rachel helped raise her little sister, Emily, and is very protective of her. She is married to Dan, who is equally as strong-willed, and while they might butt heads every once in a while, they fiercely love each other and those closest to them. Will be asked to wear a “Sexy Nurse” Costume for a Halloween party scene.

Dan is an aspiring documentarian/filmmaker who is witty, skeptical, and sometimes a bit of a hot head. He occasionally finds himself in hot water with his wife Rachel when he acts impulsively, but he loves her, Rachel’s sister Emily, and one of his best friends, Tyler, to a fault. While usually charismatic with a little dark humor, Dan can be aggressively protective, especially if someone threatens those closest to him.

Tyler is a loveable, charming, and slightly nerdy guy who has big dreams of being a Main Act magician in Las Vegas. A guy who is in love with Emily and plans on surprising her with a proposal at a Halloween party. Sometimes he doesn't feel worthy of Emily since she is the breadwinner in their relationship. Loyal and perceptive Tyler strives to impress Emily, her sister Rachel, and long-time friend Dan. Sleight of Hand Magic experience for this role is a plus.

After suffering a tragic loss many years ago, The Director (real name Unknown), takes it upon himself to orchestrate a situation that most would consider horrific in nature. Always wearing a mask, The Director is highly intelligent, Manipulative, and technologically savvy. Along with his accomplices, The Director never physically harms anyone. He is a showman and ideologue, never showing his face and driving home philosophical quandaries to the victims in a showman-like manner.

A major player in The Directors plans, Dollface channels her own past trauma through the manipulation of others with her seemingly innocent demeanor. She is similar to The Director in her intellect and observations to find ways to manipulate potential victims into a false sense of security before finding a way to incapacitate them. This manipulation expresses itself as either physical or emotional harm. Stunt or Fight Choreography training or experience for this role is a plus.

Gas Mask (real name Unknown) is always nearby and a haunting presence. With his face always covered by a Gas Mask, he is the main grunt of the operation run by The Director, much like a prison guard. A scrappy and quick-tempered fiend, he follows orders and exacts his brutality at the behest and orchestration of The Director.

Mary is a widowed, devoted Christian woman rooted in her faith and old-fashioned values. She’s warm with a gentle demeanor that hides a quiet strength. She is humble and loving, and her faith remains unshaken. A former elementary school teacher, she sees the world through a spiritual lens and believes EVERYONE, through kindness and patience, can be saved.

Kyle is an attractive man in his mid-30s. He's kind, put-together, charismatic. Raised in wealth, he’s never known true struggle, but he’s not oblivious to it either. Beneath the charm, though, is a man accustomed to comfort and when his lifestyle, ego, or desires are threatened, Kyle won’t hesitate to pay any price to preserve them. Privilege runs in his blood, even if kindness lives in his heart.
