Theater Audition for "Appropriate" Play

About the play: “Every estranged member of the Lafayette clan has descended upon the crumbling Arkansas homestead to settle the estate of their recently deceased patriarch. As his three adult children sort through a lifetime of hoarded mementos and debts, old tensions resurface. But when a shocking discovery is made among their father’s possessions, the family reunion spirals into explosive confrontations and crackling surprises". Rate: This production operates under a professional, non-equity, profit-sharing model. Directors welcome auditions from Equity members; however, please note that this is a professional non-Equity production, and any necessary permissions or arrangements with Equity groups are the responsibility of the individual artist. Profits from ticket sales (earnings after production expenses) will be shared equally among the cast and crew. Additional information: Rehearsals begin: Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. Rehearsal schedule is as follows: Tues-Thurs 6:00pm-10:00pm; Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm; Tech week March 16th-19th from 6:00pm-11:00pm. Not all cast will be required for all dates and times, but they must be available for all rehearsals before casting. Opening: Friday, March 20, 2026. Dark Days: Monday, March 23 & 30, 2026.
