The eternal optimist. Kind. Thoughtful. Loves life and values friends. Also a bit of an imp.
Excitable. Even anxious. Heck, at times downright irascible. Also loyal and true, with a naive determination to do right.
Tenor, and strong part singer in a trio. To play BIRD, SNAIL, LIZARD, FATHER FROG, and MOLE. Chipper, sardonic bird. Snail starts timed but ends belting a brassy "I've made it!" number.
Soprano, and strong part singer in a trio. To play BIRD, MOUSE, SQUIRREL, MOTHER FROG, and MOLE. Chipper, sardonic bird. Inquisitive Mouse. Mischievous Squirrel. Can do strong Wagnerian opera.
Mezzo, and strong part singer in a trio. To play BIRD, TURTLE, SQUIRREL, YOUNG FROG, and MOLE. Chipper, sardonic bird. Sarcastic, teasing Turtle. Wide-eyed Young Frog. Strong comedic actor.
