About the project: Logline: When her estranged sister unexpectedly shows up to collect forgotten belongings, Monica a struggling young writer, must choose between holding onto the past or finally rewriting their ending, both on the page and in real life. Synopsis: Monica, a writer living with her younger brother after their parents moved overseas, hasn't seen her sister Julia in years not since Julia left to chase her own life and never looked back. When Julia suddenly returns to pick up old belongings, Monica is forced to confront the pain she's buried in unfinished stories. As memories and tensions rise, she must decide whether to let her sister back in or finally let her go. Rate: Non-Union. Unpaid. Lunch Provided. Additional information: Location: Toronto, ON.
