About the project: After an Asian father catches his teenage son in a private moment, an attempt to give “the talk” spirals into a hilariously awkward but heartfelt conversation about cultural taboos, masculinity, and vulnerability. PAY RATE: UBCP ULB $125.00/day ONLY for Kazu and Tomo, the other roles are volunteer (no one else is getting paid, these roles are just very very hard to secure so they are paying out of pocket since Breakdown will not show agents any posts where it’s under $125.00 a day). Additional information: SHOOT DATE: July 18–27, 2025 (2–3 day shoot; aiming earlier as the project needs to be submitted on July 27). SHOOT LOCATION: Vancouver, BC.
