Singers and performers needed for the "School of Rock" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Learn a quick dance combo. Perform the combo as a group. Individually sing 32 bars of music of a song of their choice, with the option of providing sheet music or a track for the accompanist to play along. Cold script read, and read with other auditioners in their time slot. First read-through is August 10th at 1-4 pm Please plan on attending the read-through. Rehearsal & Performance Dates: Read-Through & Cast Meeting - Sunday 8/10 – Read-through & Intro (1-4PM) Rehearsal Dates: August-October The schedule will be a minimum of 2 nights per week, 5:30-8:30, and Sunday afternoons from 1-4. A full schedule will be provided, and conflicts will try to be avoided when possible. Directors want to be collaborative and understanding of other activities as much as possible. Mandatory for all cast: Tech Week Dates - September 22-27th; Dress Rehearsals - September 29th-Oct 1st; Performances: Oct 2-5th. If interested, please apply.
