Additional information: You’ll create scroll-stopping social content, turn long videos into bite-sized hits, and engage with our community like a real human. You will be a key member of our team, collaborating with the content producers, paid media team, life-cycle team, designers, and marketing leadership to help establish the company as a memorable, trusted, and beloved brand in the HR and IT space. Responsibilities: Create short-form video content (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) for the companies. Sometimes behind the scenes, sometimes in front of the camera. Turn raw ideas like blog posts, product releases, or user content into engaging, platform-native content with strong hooks that provide value to our audiences. Own the daily social rhythm by publishing consistently, testing formats, jumping on trends, and keeping both brands visible and relevant. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content angles, reuse existing assets, and align on key narratives. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Figma, Canva, CapCut) to accelerate scripting, editing, captioning, and content re-purposing. Review social and community signals via Sprout Social to surface trends, comments, or UGC that could inspire content or engagement. Contribute to the growing content library and reuse workflows, tagging assets for scale and helping turn one idea into many formats. Share ideas and performance insights in team retros, helping us test, learn, and evolve our creative strategy. If you're interested, please apply.

Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in social media, content distribution (bonus points if in a B2B SaaS environment); Deep knowledge of social media codes and formats (especially for LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit); Strategic mindset combined with a doer’s energy and creativity; Exceptional social copy-writing and storytelling skills; Comfortable being on camera or eager to develop that skill; Analytical and performance-oriented—data guides your creative choices.
