Casting actors for "Quanta The Conversation Of The Millennium", Feature Length Film, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Two friends, estranged for 20+ years, arrange to meet in a familiar old haunt to catch up. The ensuing 80 minute conversation will take us from the trappings of interpersonal nostalgia -to the outer limits of perceivable reality. Rate: Unpaid – BUT Points Additional info: Film (Approx 90 mins) Genre: Science Fiction/Thriller Union Status: Non Union Production Dates: October - November 2025 Local Hires Only. Approx 20 day shoot throughout the months of October and November 2025 (Dates TBD after locking talent). Approximately 80% of the filming will take place in 1 location and is an extended dialog between our 2 main characters, Scott and Gabriel. Approximately 4 other short scenes/potential locations (cut to 5-10 minutes each) will round out the film schedule. There are no dangerous stunts required of the actors. There is no nudity or sexual content. There is a fair bit of ‘RRated’ profanity (F’s and Shi’s) casually peppered throughout the dialogue. The above TBD dates will be locked after we’ve gauged interest from the community, received your submissions, and can then reach back out to you to schedule auditions/ readings on a case to case basis. Gloria Fox plays the part of Scott’s wife. She shares a short introductory scene with Scott on their farm.
