Theater Audition for "291" Play
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ADMITTED. Seeking performers for production of "291". More details are below. About the play: "291" explores the love relationship of two of the most influential figures in early modernist art: Georgia O’Keeffe and Alfred Stieglitz. In 1915, after Stieglitz discovered some of O’Keeffe’s charcoal drawings, sent to him by her friend and fellow classmate Anita Pollitzer, Stieglitz and O’Keeffe began a correspondence that would last until Stieglitz’s death in 1946.
