Singers Needed for "Tuck Everlasting" Musical Show
The company is holding auditions for "Tuck Everlasting The Musical" and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Eleven-year-old Winnie Foster yearns for a life of adventure beyond her white picket fence, but not until she becomes unexpectedly entwined with the Tuck Family does she get more than she could have imagined. When Winnie learns of the magic behind the Tuck’s unending youth, she must fight to protect their secret from those who would do anything for a chance at eternal life. As her adventure unfolds, Winnie faces an extraordinary choice: return to her life, or continue with the Tucks on their infinite journey. Additional info: Prepare 16-32 bars ( a verse and a chorus) of a song either from the show or from a show in a similar style. Please bring an instrumental track to sing with, not a cappella Performance Dates: Friday, Oct. 17 & 24 – 7:30 pm Saturday, Oct. 18 & 25 – 7:30 pm Sunday, Oct.19 & 26 – 2 pm School Show(s) – Wednesday October 22 – availability needed during the day morning and afternoon. Rehearsals: Begin on Tuesday, July 1 – 6:30-9:30pm ( Read Through) Next Rehearsal will be on Tuesday, July 8 – 6:30-9:30 Rehearsals continue on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:30, and Sundays from 5-8 throughout the process. Seemingly a buffoon, his simple manner belies a sharp wit and kind heart. Good comedic timing. Baritenor.
A gentle woman almost broken by grief and fear and loss. Adversity finds her brave and unbending. This actor will also be part of our Ensemble in other scenes. Mezzo-Soprano.
