Directors will provide sides (cold readings) to you at your audition if we want to hear you read for specific part(s). If you do not get asked to do a cold reading, it does not mean you will not be considered for a role, directors just do not need to hear you. Please plan to arrive by 4:45 so you can stretch and be ready to start at 5pm. While not all roles will be dance heavy, directors want to have a good sense of your ability to move. Please wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit your movement (no jeans, please). Jewelry such as long earrings or necklaces should not be worn. Dance shoes such as jazz, ballet, or character shoes are preferred (tennis shoes can also be worn if needed).
