"Annie Get Your Gun" Musical in Need of Cast
Actors for "Annie Get Your Gun" (the 1999 Revival version). ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See more info below. Rate: Stipend: $50 - $500 for adult roles, commensurate with role responsibilities. Additional info: AEA contracts are not available for this production. Requirements: Please prepare a ballad or up-tempo from the Traditional Musical Theater era (1920s – 1950s). Please also bring a contrasting piece (i.e. if you chose a ballad for your first piece, your second piece should be an up-tempo from the same era) in case directors want to hear a second piece. Please have sheet music for the provided pianist for both songs. Both songs should be under 3 minutes. Directors are not requesting a monologue, but definitely want to see your acting through your songs. Callbacks will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 - Times TBD. Rehearsals will take place mainly in the Denver Metro area and in Evergreen from July 21 – August 26th on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings 7:00 – 10:00 pm and Saturday mornings (10:00 am – 12:00 pm) and afternoons (1:00 pm-4:00 pm). Tech week will take place August 27th – September 4th with calls from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm on weeknights and Saturday, August 30th (9:00 am – 5:00 pm with a lunch break). Show run is September 5 – 28, 2025. with shows on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday matinees. If you are interested, please apply.
