Additional information: What You’ll Do: As the Digital Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the clients’ success by driving strategic, scalable engagement initiatives. Your mission will be to improve product adoption, optimize time-to-value (TTV), and foster retention and expansion opportunities through targeted, data-informed digital programs. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, leveraging tools like Pendo, Skilljar, and HubSpot to create proactive, client-centric experiences. With a focus on the client journey, you will develop strategies that empower clients at every stage of their lifecycle, ensuring they realize the full value of the solutions. Responsibilities: Client Adoption & Engagement Strategy Develop and execute scalable programs to drive client adoption, engagement, and retention using digital tools such as in-app messaging, email campaigns, and client resource hubs. Create data-driven engagement plans aligned with key client lifecycle milestones to enhance time-to-value (TTV) and long-term retention. Personalize client journeys using segmentation strategies informed by industry, persona, and product usage data. Content & Enablement Programs Design educational content and self-service resources that support client success and reinforce value realization. Optimize in-app guidance, knowledge base articles, and portal content to encourage feature adoption and improve usability. Partner with Client Success Managers to identify client challenges and proactively address them through targeted digital initiatives. Client Insights & Program Optimization Track and analyze engagement trends, adoption metrics, and success indicators (e.g., GRR, NRR, TTV) to refine strategies. Conduct A/B testing and ongoing performance evaluations to optimize engagement effectiveness. Gather and leverage client feedback to continuously evolve programs and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align on messaging and deliver consistent client experiences. Act as the voice of the client by sharing insights and trends that inform product development and service enhancements. Contribute to success playbooks and automated workflows to efficiently scale adoption efforts. Skills & Experience 3-5+ years of experience in client engagement, digital adoption, or client success within a SaaS or B2B environment. Strong knowledge of client lifecycle stages and strategies for driving adoption, engagement, and retention. Proficiency with engagement and digital adoption tools such as Pendo, Skilljar, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication skills with a talent for creating compelling content that simplifies complex concepts.
