The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Email Copy-writing Mastery — Proven ability to write life-cycle emails, outbound campaigns, and trial nurture sequences that drive opens, clicks, and replies. Conversion-Driven Mindset — Deep understanding of what makes content perform across landing pages, websites, webinars, and sales ennoblement materials. SaaS Content Expertise — Experience creating content that supports complex customer journeys, including top-of-funnel awareness and bottom-of-funnel decision support. Fast, Collaborative Execution — Able to manage multiple projects at once, juggle shifting priorities, and partner with design, product, and sales teams to get content over the line. Adaptability & Autonomy — Comfortable working in a high-growth, remote-first environment with the independence to own and improve your domain. Responsibilities: Create high-impact content across a variety of key formats, including: Email marketing: outbound sequences, product launches, life-cycle and nurture campaigns. Web and landing pages – optimized copy for product pages, lead-gen offers, and CTAs. Sales collateral: one-pagers, decks, and trade show copies. Ad copy: short-form copy for paid social, search, and re-targeting campaigns. Webinars: promotional emails, registration pages, content outlines and presentations. Blogs and SEO content: long-form articles aligned with search and lead goals. Drive Alignment And Execution Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support key initiatives and campaigns. Partner with design to turn messaging into compelling, on-brand creative assets. Build and maintain a centralized content library that supports every stage of the buyer journey. Measure, Optimize, And Innovate. Track and analyze content performance using data, and apply insights to improve messaging and strategy. Contribute to quarterly planning with fresh ideas, creative angles, and content experiments. Qualifications: 2+ years of content marketing or copy-writing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. A strong writing portfolio that demonstrates versatile, high-performing work, including e-mails, landing pages, and sales materials. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms. Working knowledge of A/B testing principles, content analytics, and optimization strategies across channels. Strong command of voice and tone, with the ability to tailor messaging by audiences, segments, and campaign goals. Proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings and takes ownership of results.
