Looking for talent for "Stand Up & Speak Out". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Please be prepared to sing. Callbacks will be in person in May- June Exact dates and locations are TBD, but directors will have multiple in a few different locations in CT. If you're asked to a callback, you will receive instructions on how to access callback materials and prepare. You'll also be able to pick the date/time/location callback that best fits your schedule. Tour Performances: Directors are currently booked to perform at the following venues. Every date listed below is final, but directors will be adding a few more shows/dates. They will keep updating it as it's finalized in the coming weeks. The Legacy Theater: 9/24 7 pm show open to the public The Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center: 10/6 evening tech rehearsal (time tbd), 10/7 and 10/8 daytime shows for schools (time tbd), 10/8 7 pm show open to the public The Little Theater Manchester CT: 11/24 7 pm show open to the public 11/25 daytime shows for schools (time tbd) Theater of The Performing Arts: October 10th 7pm If interested, please apply.

(Supporting) A meticulous, calculated, and exhausting character, Ms. Spencer is a washed-up lead singer and head of the PTO. She strives for perfection but finds her world constantly being upended. Strong actor, no singing required so singing video is optional. If you’d like to submit a singing video, choose any song prefirribly in the pop/rock musical style
(Supporting) A sharp and demanding presence as Phil’s father. Possibly ex-military, Mr. Langdon has grown increasingly rigid since the passing of his wife. Strong actor, no singing required. If you’d like to submit a singing video, choose any song preferably in the pop/rock musical style
