Main Character. Beth is Logan's younger sister who left home not long after her parents death to escape the constant sorrow she felt in her family home. After a few years away from the only family she had left, Beth buried herself in her work in the inner-city as a journalist and developed an alcohol addition to cope with her grief.

Main Character. Logan is Beth's older brother. He continued to live in his family home after his parents died and his sister left him alone out in the country. Logan hasn't properly processed his parent's death just Eke his sister, Beth. On the surface, Logan seems like an outgoing and friendly guy. However, Logan is quite miserable because he feels alone, despite ha having Alex and Chloe supporting him over the e years.

Supporting Character. Jennifer is Beth' friend and colleague a fashionable and spunky woman that gets excited easily. Jennifer's demeanour is very professional and coufident at work, but she can be very lazy and seem unmotivated when she is not at work. Jennifor knows Beth has a complicated past, but she doesn't know the details. She respects Beth's personal privacy but likes to spend a lot of time hanging out at Beth's apartment.

Supporting Character. Chloe is Logan's loving, supporting, and long-term girlfriend. She's a country girl that expresses a sunny disposition but hides a melancholic side due to her constant concern for Logan's well-being. Chloe cares deeply for her friends and family.

Supporting Character. Alex is Logan's boisterous and free-spirited childhood best friend. Although Alex has a proclivity for partying, he always stays loyal and true to his friends and relationships.
