About the project: Bitingly relevant, sprinkled with sass, and inspired by the hit film, Bring It On The Musical takes audiences on a high-flying journey that is filled with the complexities of friendship, jealousy, betrayal and forgiveness. Uniting some of the freshest and funniest creative minds on Broadway, Bring It On features an original story by Tony Award winner Jeff Whitty (Avenue Q), music and lyrics by Pulitzer- and Tony Award-winning composer, Lin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights, Hamilton), music by Pulitzer- and Tony Award-winning composer, Tom Kitt (Next to Normal), lyrics by Broadway lyricist, Amanda Green (High Fidelity), and was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Musical. Additional info: Come prepared to dance and move as you will learn and perform a short dance/movement call Please prepare 16-32 bars of a Musical Theatre piece that compliments the style of the show if you would like to be considered for a role where singing is required (please see character descriptions below) An accompanist will be provided so please be sure to mark your sheet music so that it is easy to read. You may also bring in a track to sing along with if that is more comfortable. Directors will have a Bluetooth speaker available. Please bring a form filled out or be prepared to fill one out at auditions. Rehearsals run M-TH from 6-8:30, beginning APRIL 14TH Please see the attachment for more details.

A transgender woman. Any ethnicity. Her gender is simply not an issue, accepted by her friends, barely referred to. BFFs with Nautica and Danielle. Has a wicked tongue but a generous spirit. Vocal range top: E5 Vocal range bottom: D3
The only male cheerleader on the Buccaneers and Campbell's boyfriend. Tender and comforting, but not the most adept to his surroundings. Vocal range top: A4 Vocal range bottom: D3
